Drive-In Movies Posted Wednesday, July 1, 2009 12:28 PM
I was looking at some of the pictures Neal Beeson posted from the drive-in move theater. Remember the adds during intermission? I don't think we ever watched the movie, we just walked between cars all night visiting. Pre-Movie Commercials
I can remember always having a PIC coil burning in the car. "Truly great friends are hard to find, difficult to leave, and impossible to forget." ~ G. Randolph |

RE: Drive-In Movies Posted Wednesday, July 1, 2009 06:06 PM As far as The Drive In's, I plead the fifth. All I will say is, I'm glad they don't exist anymore. At least until my kids are married and living on their own. But I do know that I've never went to the drive in when "everybody" paid. My mom's car had a very large trunk. (car load night excepted of course) |

I can remember going to the Drive-in at the intersection of 332 and 288 when I was young. Your right about the Pic coil. I think it was called the Gulf Drive-in but I found a picture online when it was called The Trade Wind.
