Kenneth Michael Mayer

Kenneth Michael Mayer, age 57, of Sargent, Texas, went to be with the Lord on January 28th, 2018 with his loving wife by his side.

He is preceded in death by his father, Michael William Mayer.

Ken enjoyed anything to do with the outdoors. Whether it was fishing (his number 1) BBQing, or his numerous projects around the house. He touched the lives of everyone he knew and never met a stranger. He loved to make people laugh.

If you ever saw him in public or at home, you were lucky if he had on a shirt and shoes (Crocs were the only ones he wore). He was the most generous man and would give anyone in need the shirt off of his back (that is if he had one on).

Two weeks ago, he finally moved into his dream house in a fishing community (Sargent) that he was super excited about.

We will hold a celebration of his life at a later date (per his wishes).

We will forever and always miss you.
