Elizabeth Ann Warnock (Liz), 54, of Cedar Lane TX, left this world to be with our lord on April 23rd 2015. She was born daughter of William F. and Daisy L. McIlhenny of Lake Jackson on December 20th 1960 in the old Freeport Hospital. She was a graduate of Brazoswood High School, Brazosport College and the University of St. Thomas (Houston) where she majored in business. She entered into marriage with Ronald L. Warnock July 26th 1986 at St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church in Lake Jackson. She obtained a theological degree through the Episcopal Church in 1989 and taught youth Sunday school for many years. She and Ronald transferred their membership to St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Bay City when they moved to Cedar Lane. She loved her family, friends, church, and her dogs.

Elizabeth was preceded in dead by her parents William and Daisy, her brother David McIlhenny. Survivors include: Her husband Ronald Warnock, children James Warnock and Tiffany Warnock Strother, 8 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and her brother Tim McIlhenny and Family.

The family will receive friends and relatives from 4:00 PM to7:00 PM on Friday May 1st at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home in Bay City TX. A funeral service will be held 10:00 AM Saturday May 2nd at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church with Rev. Brad Sullivan officiating. Interment will follow at Cedarvale Cemetery in Bay City.
